Vinyl: Vinyl Hank Mobley Quintet BLP 1550 Blue Note Original 1957/58 Ear/RVG (VG)

A highly rare, authentic original pressing of a Blue Note 'Holy Grail.' While the jacket and labels show their age, the vinyl remains a fantastic play-copy with the unmistakable RVG/Plastylite punch.

Sleeve is VG seams have tears and some delamination

Record is VG+ plays well some scratches, side b has writing could be removed

Labels: 47 West 63rd NYC (No "Inc", No ®).

Groove: Deep Groove (DG) on both sides.

Dead Wax: Hand-etched "Ear" (Plastylite P) and stamped RVG on both sides.

Edge: Beaded rim (raised lip).
