Disc 4 (dvd) has some finger prints from normal handling. The other discs are free from scratches or prints or anything. I don't know if it's complete or not. I'm not the original owner, so I'm not sure what all is supposed to be included. See pics - Case has some scrapes/scuffs that you can see in the right lighting conditions/angles
