You are looking at an official BARBRA STREISAND - GREATEST HITS VOLUME - LONGBOX CD PACKAGE LOT - STILL SEALED! STILL HAS STORE PRICE STICKER IN EXCELLENT SEALED CONDITION if not MINT.
When CD's were introduced in the 80's the came packaged in these long box form packages with gorgeous big artwork and cases. In the early 90's longbox CDs were deemed a waste of paper and packaging. So they destroyed and removed all of them and replaced CDs as they are now with no box and no packaging.
