CD: Scott Ross Domenico Scarlatti Complete Piano Sonatas for Harpsichord CD Set

Description

I bought these new at hmv in 2004,
and listened to each CD a few times before putting them away.

The CDs themselves are sometimes listed by other people,
but mine are unique in that they come with an explanatory booklet.

Items with booklets are extremely rare, and although I haven''t touched them, the bottom is sun-damaged as you can see in the photo.

I''m selling them because I want to free up some space on my shelf.

Digital recording from June 1984 to September 1985 at the Château d''Assas near Paris. This is a masterpiece by Ross, who was praised as the Glenn Gould of the harpsichord world but died young.
The intense content, which uses multiple harpsichords and thoroughly considers each piece, is amazing, and it is truly astonishing to see the charm of the works that have been easily overlooked until now emerge here and there. With this content, this price is definitely a bargain.
