Blu-ray: Chicago Quadio Box Set - 9 Blu Ray discs - Multichannel Quadraphonic & Stereo

Chicago Quadio Box set from the last pressing which includes the corrected discs of albums II and IX. Earlier editions had an error of including mono tracks instead of stereo. All tracks are in (the very) high resolution of 192/24.

The discs are in mint condition, each was played once or a handful of times.

Please see the pictures for the condition of the box. I bought the box set around the time it was going out of print, and so I was unable to obtain a replacement in relation to the few marks that you can see there.

Technical note (does not concern stereo playback): the quadraphonic mixes are four channel audio streams which might be problematic for some combinations of blu-ray players and AV receivers, resulting in outputting only the two front channels. Some AVRs lack the ability to deal with 4-channel audio files, e.g. Denons up to the X*600 series, but newer Denon models should be able to handle them. Some blu-ray players are able to add a silent centre channel 'on-the-fly' to make the AVR treat the audio files as 5-channel audio which prevents the above issue. If you are interested specifically in the quadraphonic mixes, please double-check your equipment and google around user reports on internet fora about multichannel playback of Quadio releases.
