The overall measurement of the black metal frame is 16-1/4" wide, 12-1/4" tall, and 7/8" thick. The photograph measures 7" by 7", the name plate measures 5" by 2-3/4", and the record measures 7" wide. The name plate has Frank Sinatra's name on it with his signature, and "MY WAY, 24KT GOLD PLATED SINGLE, LIMITED EDITION 3506/500". See picture. The photograph of Frank is black and white, and the original record has the "Reprise Records" label with the following information: "Frank Sinatra, Produced by Don Costa and Sonny Burke, Arranged and Conducted by Don Costa" and "Made by Management Agency and Music Publishing.
