ABOUT FEEDBACK
You have the power to help support ebay businesses, and you also have the power to have an ebay business suspended, based on your feedback. If you leave us a 1 or 2 star rating on eBay's DSR system, we cannot see that you have done that, and so we have no way to know what, if anything went wrong for you, so that we might resolve the issue. We'd prefer to break through the secrecy and work things out with you directly – the old fashioned way – the way our grandparents conducted business in their day.
We kindly ask that if you find something not to your satisfaction, that you give us the opportunity to correct it PRIOR to leaving us a harmful feedback, which could then lead to pay reductions or eliminations for our underemployed workers, OR even to suspensions of accounts. We don't want anyone to be unhappy, so please tell us if something goes wrong! We are human (except for the dogs) too!
About feedback, and specifically about the FIVE STAR DSR system, eBay says on their website: “Sellers need to minimize the occurrence of 1 and 2 ratings in all categories.
  • Meet the detailed seller rating standards:
    • If you've had more than 400 transactions during the previous 3 months, you need to have no more than 0.50% 1s and 2s in any category during the past 3 months.
    • If you've had fewer than 400 transactions during the previous 3 months, but more than 400 transactions during the previous 12 months, you need to have no more than 0.50% of 1 and 2 ratings in any category in the last 12 months.
    • If you've had fewer than 400 transactions in the last 12 months, you can have 2 or fewer instances of 1 and 2 ratings.
If your rating falls below the minimum standards you can face limits on your selling activity or suspension.”
Kindly consider that a lower 1 or 2 rating represents a very high percentage when we do not receive positive feedback from all our happy buyers. Most of our customers are so busy, they forget to leave feedback, and we don't mind that at all – as long as everyone is happy.
Please help us to help you, and email if something does not meet your expectations – FIRST - before leaving a low star rating, OR negative feedback. Thanks from the pups and I.
-----------------------------------------------------------Super RARE 1971 Carole King Compact 33 jukebox issue of the album "MUSIC" with what appears to be an Ode/A&M Record label error. "A" side is correct with the hit "Brother Brother", "Song Of Long Ago" and "Brighter". "B" side is not correct. "B" side label reads "Some Kind Of Wonderful" and "Sweet Seasons" when actual songs on record are "Growing Away From Me" and "Sweet Seasons". Jukebox title strip is in song error too. Protective jacket labeling is correct. Once mistake was discovered at "Little LP Unlimited", record production was probably quickly halted. I could not find another one of these compact 33's anywhere. Record is shiny however has some minor wear and surface scratch. Very slight warp that does not affect play. Label is nice. Jacket has some typical ring wear. Folding flap on jacket is nice. No writing on record. Includes protective plastic sleeve. Includes 8 unused jukebox title strips. These "Little LP Unlimited" records were manufactured in Northfield Illinois by license of A&M / Ode Records. Footnote: Compact 33 RPM extended play records were designed for coin operated jukeboxes. This format was popular in the 1960's and 1970's. The format allowed for more playing time in bar and nightclub jukeboxes. These records featured songs taken from the full length album. If you have a home jukebox that accomodates the 7" 33 RPM format, these are nice to have because they play for a longer time...like having an album in a 45 RPM jukebox...and usually songs that were never even released on 45 RPM. Of course the mini albums are collectable too...they were only available to jukebox operators and not to the general public. I played records on a good turntable it is amazing the good stereo sound that comes from some these small records. Pack/ship in USA to lower 48 states is $3.70. Thanks for looking.
