STEREO. UK 1st pressing on yellow EPIC labels. S EPC 86012. (1976).
In EX+/NEAR MINT condition. First version Epic labels with CBS credits. A1/B1 matrix!
Extremely difficult to locate as a first UK pressing with the yellow Epic labels in anything near this condition. Most (later) copies have the orange labels or the later blue/white labels. These yellow label versions are very hard to come by.
Sleeve grades EXCELLENT (EX) to EXCELLENT PLUS (EX+) condition. Intact, legible spine. Clean and solid condition with average handling and storage wear. Slight irregularity/blemish to the top right of the front sleeve. No ring wear to speak of. No creases, touch-ins or writing.
Vinyl grades EXCELLENT PLUS PLUS (EX++) to NEAR MINT (NM/M-) condition. I am conservative with my grading. Lovely glossy heavy vinyl and a great example of this rare UK pressed psych/blues/rock record. In my opinion one of Jeff Becks best records and one of the greatest jazz/fusion efforts of the 1970's. 'Blue Wind' sounds absolutely incredible here.
Original plain paper patent numbered inner sleeve. MADE IN ENGLAND.
