Grading Policy
All items are graded visually. When items have any scratches or scuffs that may affect their sounds, we play them back to recheck.

Payment
・We can hold items for 5 days since the first order is placed.
・If you wish to place items on hold, we will send you an invoice with an adjusted shipping charge. Please make your payment afterwards.
・If you order more than 40 items, we will have to send you multiple invoices as eBay's system does not allow us to issue invoices for more than 40 items.
・Payment must be made within 3 days after the final adjusted invoice is sent. If payment is not received by the due date, the order will be cancelled.
・We accept eBay's preferred payment methods: Paypal, Google Pay, credit and debit cards.
・Orders cannot be combined once payment has been made.
Shipping
About overseas shipping :
・All items will be shipped from Japan via DHL with tracking number.
・We will ship within 5 business days after confirming your payment.
・We can ship only to your eBay "Shipping information" registered in your eBay account.
・Please be sure to register your full name and phone number.
・DHL can't ship to P.O. Box, so please register an address other than P.O. Box.
・Once payment has been made, the delivery address cannot be changed under any circumstances. Please check your shipping information before payment.
・We can't ship together with items sold outside of eBay.
・The shipping method may be subject to change due to Covid-19 or other unpredictable situations in the world. In some countries, shipping may be delayed or canceled.
Return
・We have an unconditional return policy if notified within 30 days of the receipt of the item.
・All returned items must be the original condition. All return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt of the item.
・Please contact us first before you arrange the shipping to us. The postage of the returned goods is buyer’s responsibility.

In 2021, we expanded our operations by launching a branch in London, with exclusive stocks available online and in our physical space at the Idle Moments shop (86 Columbia Road, London E2 7QB).
All our records are sourced from collectors in Japan and carefully selected by our experienced and passionate team – bringing you a wide variety of well-known artists, sought-after albums, and undiscovered gems. While our focus is on Japanese music and pressings we also offer a highly curated selection of International records.
We use our own packaging material to ensure that your order will arrive in the best possible condition. .
