Description
The Psychedelic Sounds of the 13th Floor Elevators is the debut studio album by the 13th Floor Elevators. The album's sound, featuring elements of psychedelia, garage rock, folk, and blues is notable for its use of the electric jug. This vintage original 8-Track Stereo cassette was released by Houston-based International Artists featuring the debut of psych monsters The 13th Floor Elevators which announced the term "psychedelic" on the back cover marking the beginning of an era. This legendary release is near impossible to find in such a clean (and sealed state). The factory protective green plastic plate still rides firmly over the heads. The plastic body is bright and white with no dings or cracks. The label is CLEAN with no toning or scuffs. The tape is sealed in its original shrink wrap. Super mint, uncommon 8-track tape.
