Rock N' Roll Warehouse uses various companies to ship our products to ensure that we can get them to you quickly and efficiently. Our products are shipped with USPS, UPS Ground, or Fedex Ground. All packages are usually shipped within 1 business day after receiving a cleared payment.

Once the package is shipped an email will be sent to you with the tracking information, this information will also be posted on eBay as well as PayPal for convenient viewing.

Rock N' Roll Warehouse offers low shipping costs for all packages shipped within the USA, this includes packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico (please allow 1-2 additional days for delivery in those areas). We also offer International shipment worldwide and to Canada. Additional rates would apply for International shipments, please review shipping tab above description before completing your purchase. All International packages are shipped via USPS Priority mail, we also offer more expedited shipping services.

We understand, however, that in very rare occasions sometimes a product may not meet your expectation. That is why we've made the return process simple and easy to follow.

We offer a full 14 day 100% return policy on items that are not accurately described.

In addition all items that are deemed not authentic have a full 90 day 100% guarantee.

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). To obtain a RMA, contact us. You may choose between an exchange of a like item or refund. If you choose a refund Rock N' Roll Warehouse reserves the right to charge a 15% percent restocking fee, initial shipping costs incurred and yours to return the item will not be reimbursed. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. We will pay the return shipping only if the return is a result of our error.

Rock N' Roll Warehouse will have a monthly auction the first Saturday of each month. These auctions will last for a period of 7 days and end the subsequent Saturday. This format allows our customers the opportunity to have the auction experience without having to check our listings on a daily basis.
