I have been mail ordering for over three decades and take great pride in my packing skills. As of this writing (12/2/23) I have yet to have any shipping damage reported. I go totally overboard because I've had my heart broken by shipping damage many times in the past. Set aside some time and patience so you can carefully open your box. In the extraordinarily rare instance damage is caused, a full refund will be issued and shipping costs for the return will be paid for. Damage must be photographed within 5 days of delivery. (That way I can file my claim with the shipping insurance.) Pictures must show the damaged box and the damaged product. I'm an honest person and I hope you are too.
