I have always acquired my items from the most reputable sources. I also have an extensive knowledge regarding counterfeit items in this field. You can buy from me with confidence and know that you are always adding a rare and authentic item to your collection.

Regarding the condition of used CDs.
Please expect all used items to show some signs of use and wear appropriate to their condition rating (unless they are graded as Mint throughout).

Looking for MINT used items only?

Then, please beware! Many sellers abuse the grading process by inaccurately listing most of their items as ‘Mint’ or ‘Near Mint/M-’ when they are not.
Some sellers also machine-polish CDs and then describe them as Mint.
I always grade accurately and consistently; I do not want you to be disappointed. CDs and paper inserts are very fragile and it is natural for all used items to have some signs of handling, even when they have been very carefully looked after – even if it is only a tiny mark, a finger print or a small indentation.

I only sell ORIGINAL Obi Strips. No counterfeits (fakes), no xerox-copies.
Please check the pictures and be sure that you are happy with the condition of any Obi strip on offer.
Some Obi Strips were factory issued with glue spots on the back, this is normal. If you do not see an Obi strip in the pictures, that is because the Obi strip is missing.
Please note, I do not grade Obi Strips, but what you see is what you will get, and you can rest assured that it is at least an original.

Regarding Jewel Cases.

I always replace cracked jewel cases unless the item was issued with a special format case that I cannot replace.

If you have a problem with any aspect of your transaction all I ask is that you please contact me before leaving poor feedback or opening cases or disputes, so that I have an opportunity to address your concerns directly and come to a mutually acceptable resolution. Return Policy

14 days. Buyer pays for return registered shipping. Any items that were sold in a sealed condition will only be accepted if they are returned in the same condition. Sealed collectible items hold a much higher inherent value, however if they are opened or used their value depreciates significantly. Please understand that if you choose to open a sealed item, it becomes non-returnable, with no exceptions.

I only offer Registered Shipping as per eBay’s Top Seller requirements.
I aim to ship within 72 hours of payment being received (not including Sunday).

The ongoing virus pandemic is significantly affecting shipping times and delays are likely from the UK to all other countries.

For delivery in the UK please allow 2-4 days following your ‘Order Despatched’ notification from eBay.
For delivery in the Europe Some items might arrive quicker, but please allow 14-42 days (2-6 weeks) following your ‘Order Despatched’ notification from eBay.
For delivery in the Rest of the World times can vary greatly. Some items might arrive quicker, but please allow 28-70 days (4-10 weeks) following your ‘Order Despatched’ notification from eBay. Please note, some countries, e.g. Italy, Greece, Russia, Brazil, former Soviet Union territories, Baltic countries, etc. often take even longer.

If your item is held up in customs when it arrives in your country please expect a significant delay. If your item has not arrived within the estimated time allowance, please contact me.

I make no profit on shipping. Registered shipping from the UK is expensive, therefore I only charge actual shipping cost for up to and including when a standard parcel rate is required for CDs - any extra costs beyond this for additional CDs in the same parcel are paid for by me to thank you for multiple purchases. I charge nothing for packaging or handling.

Premium expedited services (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery, DHL, etc.) are available upon enquiry. I am happy to quote you. Additional costs for these services are to be paid for by the buyer.
