You may notice that all my CD sales are always noted as "GOOD" and that is because we all have a very different perception of VERY GOOD. The majority of my CDs are in VG or MINT status, however I choose to meet in the middle for common ground. If they are at a level lower than the GOOD line, I will mark them as ACCEPTABLE with reasons. Most of the time it is because of missing artwork and not the condition of the CD itself.

There are too many specification conflicts with game consoles, operating systems, video cards and monitor resolution on older or vintage PC games if you are planning to try to play. I cannot guarantee the playability of a game on a specific system. Troubleshooting conflicts with playability of games will be the responsibility of the buyer and not the seller. PLEASE READ: If you are an international buyer outside of the domestic US, the cost of shipping via US Postal Service can be expensive. Also, for media mail shipping times within the US is approximately, with 2 day handling time inclusive, is 8-14 business days which is normal shipping time for that service.

Generally a portion of the proceeds of my auctions will always go to charity, primarily to Make A Wish Children's Foundation, St. Baldrick's Children's Cancer Foundation, the American Red Cross or to the Local Area Food Bank and Animal Shelters. I am currently in the process of raising funds for St. Baldrick's and I shaved my head this year to stand in solidarity and support of kids with cancer.

Third, to give back to our community by contributing a portion of my sales to charitable organizations. I believe in a simple Term of Sales:

- PAYMENT: I accept PayPal only. Payment must be made within 2 days following an Auction win. For a Buy It Now or Best Offer win, payment must be posted immediately following auction end or buyer must contact seller at the auction end for a confirmation of scheduled payment.

- SHIPPING: Any other method of shipping type or carrier other than specified within the auction must be paid by the winning buyer. Cost of shipping is determined by eBay calculator. If shipping International or outside of the Domestic United States (Hawaii, Alaska) all shipping will be paid for by the buyer. If the price of International or shipping outside of the domestic US is actually higher than what the eBay calculator has provided, the buyer will be obligated to pay the shipping and will be contacted following auction end. Likewise, if there is a price difference that is lower than the eBay calculator from the carrier's website, the lower price will be used for a shipping savings to the International or outside Domestic US customer. I try to package items carefully and generally ship within 2 business days.

I do not have a reserve on my auctions to allow the market to determine the final price of an item(s).
