Included is the original paper sleeve. See photos.

RATING: Vinyl's sound is VERY GOOD++ to EXCELLENT--no skips or sticks, and only an occasional popping. Fluent play-through! There is surface superficial markings, but nothing to detract from an enjoyable listen.

Cardboard cover is in EXCELLENT condition with all seams intact, clean color, and only minor edge/corner bumping. Original paper sleeve has one side seam completely opened.

Record will come to you CLEANED and ready to play/enjoy! This classic little gem is getting harder and harder to find in great condition...
