From Johnny Winter's personal collection of posters, this fantastic, psychedelic 9" x 11" handbill promotes a gig played by Big Brother and the Holding Co. with Janis Joplin, Shiva's Headband, Winter presented by Vulcan Gas Company. At Hemisfair Theatre of Performing Art in San Antonio, TX. November 21st, 1968. The Vulcan Gas Co., which sponsored the event, was the first successful psychedelic music venue in Austin.
