Hello record fans! Got a nice copy of a rare LP here-

Purchased new, this one-owner LP has been played few times in its life.

Record condition:

*REVISED 2/7/15*

I've taken a finer look at this record and have some notes to add to what's here-

Under a brighter light, I see that the record is more used than I originally thought. The record is still only very lightly-scratched throughout (rubbed I think- from the record moving around inside the sleeve, not from play), but unfortunately I have to retract what I said about some songs looking unplayed- to me, this is still a "nice" record overall, but definitely used. There are round removable adhesive stickers on the runout groove of each side of the record to indicate the first song's downbeat.

I also listened to a lot of the record based on what I saw, and Side B- Song 1 " Punk (De-Punked)" has enough surface noise for me to point out, and has one "pop" that does not cause the record to skip. Nice bass on that track tho.

Side D- Song 2 "Slow Country (More Rubba Dub)" has the next-most surface noise upon listen, and I would say the rest of the record is fair in that respect.

Otherwise, I don't see/hear any big scratches or significant flaws. Mostly the surface noise, and maybe a small click or pop here and there (it is a record, after all). Overall, this is still a nice example of a desirable record.

With everything taken into consideration, I've decided to downgrade my initial grade from (VG+-EX) to (VG-VG+).

Sorry for any inconvenience, but better to know now than to find out after you get the record. If you have any other questions/concerns, don't hesitate to contact me. My goal is to have us both be happy with the transaction.

Sleeve condition:

Flat, bright art. Slightly bent/worn corners and round-record wear, otherwise wear is minimal.

This record also comes with the four panel art originally included with the record- the art is bright and looks good- there are pinholes where the art was tacked to a wall, and the paper is bent/worn in places.

Pictures are of actual item for sale.

Record grading scale:

(NM): Like new, near-flawless condition of both record and sleeve.

(EX): No audible flaws in record. Sleeve flawed minimally.

(VG+): Used, but well-cared for record/sleeve. Minimal flaws in either case. A "nice" record.

(VG): This record may be scratched and/or scuffed. Surface noise may be present, and pops and clicks may also occur. This record should not skip. A well-played, but still enjoyable record. Sleeve may be flawed.

(VG-): As low as I typically grade. This record may be scratched and/or scuffed more severely than a (VG) record, but still should not skip. Surface noise may be present, and pops and clicks may also occur. Sleeve may be flawed.
