Venue: in a tent at 'The Ninth National Jazz & Blues Festival', in Plumpton, East Sussex, UK...9th August 1969 Recording: could even be soundboard, such is the quality, but I don't know for sure...wonderful recording! Comments: When this first appeared in the late 80's, these were their earliest known recordings (it may still be the case, I simply haven't kept up recently)...anyway, it was recorded live at this festival, right about the time they were recording their classic first LP. Side 1 1. 21st Century Schizoid Man 2. Get Thy Bearings 3. In The Court Of The Crimson King Side 2 1. [Improvisation] (17 minutes) 2.
