Cassette: KING CRIMSON, Islands, VINTAGE Cassette 1971, Atlantic #M57212

You are bidding on a VERY RARE - VINTAGE cassette tape - Atlantic #M-57212. I am the original owner & I purchased this in 1971. This is one of the VERY RARE cassette tapes that did NOT come with the typical clear plastic case with paper insert. There is a black plastic box with paper artwork glued directly on the case (see photos). Because there is no clear plastic case - the paper artwork is well worn - as you would expect for an item almost 50 years old. The tape plays through on both sides, but there is some fluttering of the sound at times - but I assume you are buying this as an antique collectors item & not for heavy listening. Good luck bidding!
