Otherwise, in the event of non-receipt or damage, any claim will be denied.

SHIPPING (INTERNATIONAL)

Charges cover the cost of postage, materials and insurance coverage. There is no handling fee. The buyer must wait 45 DAYS (insurer guidelines) before they file a claim (directly with the seller) regarding potential loss. For damaged shipments, the buyer must keep the merchandise and all packaging materials in "as received" condition and provide photos to validate a claim. Delivery times are not guaranteed and international shipments may be subject to customs delays. We will not misrepresent the value of an item for customs purposes. Buyers are responsible for paying all import taxes.

2. MERCHANDISE CONDITION

New or pre-owned items may have a deletion mark (hole punch, cut, etc) through the artwork or case. Pre-owned items may be missing a slip cover or OBI strip (where applicable). New or pre-owned items may be a record club or promotional issue (stickered, marked or otherwise labeled). Replacement jewel cases are provided if necessary for new merchandise.

3. RETURN POLICY

Pre-owned items are fully tested for playability, but sold "as is". All sales are final.
