issued in 2012 in the Netherlands by Universal Music

no more then 30 to 50 copies of this disc were made, only for selected Dutch
radiostations, journalists etc. only

very rare and hard to find !

Regular Shipping to UK & EU = GBP 5.00 or GBP 6.50 for Rest of Word

however, Registered Shipping (tracked) is available and advised,
and MANDITORY if the item sells for GBP 50.00 or more

Registered Shipping = GBP 12.50 within Europe incl. the UK

or Registered Shipping = GBP 18.00 for Rest of World

to some contries like Italy, China, South America etc. REGISTERED SHIPPING ONLY !

I know this may look expensive but this is what Dutch post charges and besides,
Ebay takes & keeps 10% of each shipping amount for themselves...!!!
