Vinyl: Kenny Burrell on Blue Note 1543

This is the original deep groove RVG-etched “P”-pressing of “Kenny Burrell” on the Lexington Ave. labels of Blue Note BLP 1543. The flat rim playing surface is in excellent condition, with just two light tics at the opening of each side. The coated reverse frame Lexington Avenue cover (artwork by Andy Warhol) is clean and bright throughout; 2 ¼” clean break at the center of the bottom seam. Personnel include Kenny Dorham, J.R. Monterose, Frank Foster, Tommy Flanagan, Paul Chambers, and Kenny Clarke. $1250.00.
