From Prince's Remixed & Remastered Expanded Series, the 2018 remix and remastering of the “Batman” soundtrack, plus a rare 12EP remixed version, in a 2CDR collector's edition. Originally produced as the soundtrack to the 1989 film, “Batman” eventually became a conceptual original album, and with the film's massive success, the album became the second best-selling album of all time, after “Purple Rain”. Disc 1 is a remix and remastering of the original album, this time with the ultimate remix by DJ Foefur, and includes 13 tracks, including a single track that was not included on the album. Disc:2 contains 11 tracks, mainly remixed versions that were previously included on 12” singles, etc. Again, the meticulous remastering technique has been approved by Prince collectors around the world, and the sound quality is not only high, but also innovative and original. This is a must-have collector's edition that is a progression of the original album and the final product.
