The program shows very little wear. The only issue is slight marking on the rear page (shown in photo). No rust on staples but very slight wear on fold end.
Back story to this program.
On Sunday 23rd February 1969 myself and a friend started hitch-hiking from Exeter Devon to London. We arrived in the West End of London in the early hours of Monday morning and treated to a truckers breakfast by our lift. Spending the rest of the day mooning around the museums. At last The concert started. Van Der Graaf Generator and Fat Mattress backing. THEN the man himself entertained with the bluesy music he was drifting into. The grand finale with playing guitar behind his back and with his teeth and setting fire to his guitar really brought the house down.
It will be sad to part with this program I bought on the day, but needs must in these trying times.
I have my memories of the best EVER gig I attended in the 60's and 70's.
