Front and rear cover have very little wear couple of small marks and is in very good plus condition apart from some very small numbers written in pen on the inside by the track listing.
The plastic cover / case is in very good condition with a very slight wear of cover nothing to major.
Tape looks like it's in very good condition not sure if its been played in the last 20 odd years.
Item has been in storage for over 20 years as we are clearing out Dads storage lockers from around the world.
