CD: RARE Grateful Dead Europe ‘72 The Complete Recordings *Excellent Condition*
This is a complete, original edition of the "Grateful Dead Europe '72 The Complete Recordings" boxed set in Very Fine condition.
This item sold out quickly in 2011 and is a limited edition box set. Production was indeed very limited to only 7,200 units. You get the complete tour of 22 shows from April-May 1972 on 73 discs!
The set includes the very cool steamer trunk, a hard cover book about the set and soft cover book replica of the tour program. Also an extra Grateful Dead sticker same as the one sealing the truck (was removed and replaced below the lid as shown). All discs are very clean, no scratches or scuffs. The steamer trunk and books are in prime, excellent condition.
The disks for each show are stored in a cardboard protective sleeve. All the but one of the sleeves are free of tears (minor - see picture). All the rest are pristine. Tears are a very common issue with this set. Buyer should take care when removing discs from sleeves to avoid the tears.
A long-time Deadhead, I purchased originally from dead.net and have carefully stored since in my non-smoking, humidity controlled home. I'm selling as I have ripped all my music to my digital music library.
