This is an extremely rare large cardboard shop promo display for Marillion's Misplaced Childhood album from 1985. There were only a few of these made, and I have never seen another, let alone one offered for sale!
It measures 505x760mm. It originally had 2 strips of card between the front and back display but this could easily be replaced as it is not visable when the display is in place. The glue marks can be seen on the back piece but when in place this would be hidden.
Unfortunately due to it's age and where it has been stored it has some damp related patina to it which I have tried to show in the photos. In fact the photos look worse than it actually is and with a bit of touching up it could be vastly improved. Only part of the white section of the back piece can be seen when the 2 pieces are together so most of the patina will be hidden anyway. Instead of restoring this myself I have chosen to let the new owner decide whether to restore it or keep it as is!
This would look amazing if framed with a gap between the front and back pieces.
