Sorry for making you read, or if any of it sounds strict, but, really, I am a nice person – it’s just that 15+ years of eBay experience makes it necessary! Simply, if you treat me respectfully and honestly, I will go out of my way to do the same. If you read my seller feedback, you will see that I try to be a good eBayer - that is, honest, fast, and respectful.

All items come from clean, smoke-free home, and are carefully inspected just before packing and sending. Please bear in mind that there MIGHT be slight alterations in colour due to photography/lighting/your screen settings. Measurements should also be understood as being approximate – although, of course, I do my best to be accurate. I am always happy to answer questions not already covered in the listing, so that you know what you are bidding for, and that your expectations are met when you receive the item – although I might not answer if I feel I have already given the information, so please read carefully!

I am open to respectful and sensible BIN offers, but only if there are no bids already on the item. If it doesn't fit these criteria, I will not respond. If I need to close the item and relist in order to facilitate the sale, then I will pass the applicable fees to you. This will be agreed with you first. I will obviously try and do this so that you’re not paying more than you need. If for any reason, you need more time to pay, I am reasonable if you let me know and keep me updated. If I go a week and don’t hear anything, you will be reported as a non-payer, without further prompting. I need to be strict about this.

All items are packaged up or checked by my other half, an ex-postman, and posted on the next possible working day, second class recorded – ALL items are sent traceable and signed for. I don't bump up P&P costs by any more than about 15p max, basically, I charge the flat fee of whatever it is, and round it up a little bit to cover packaging and printing costs, eg. if the postage is 3.90 I add 9p (to 3.99). There have been occasions where I’ve accidentally undercharged a bit, but I usually don’t bother passing it on (if I do need to, I will always give you the option of cancelling, quibble-free). NOTE: occasionally I forget to change the P&P setting to, 'recorded', but I will ALWAYS be traceable post, just in case of delivery problems. If you are prepared to pay more to get your item quicker - no problem, just let me know.

You are certainly welcome to collect (which will save you the P&P); we are very easy to find, in SW London (Zone 2). If you need it urgently and can’t get to us, we MIGHT be able to deliver by hand, for the cost of travel (London, Zones 1-6 only).

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS/BUYERS: I will ONLY send using traceable delivery. I have set the P&P as 12.99, but this is an estimate only, based on traceable delivery within Europe, up to 2kg. In most cases, this WILL probably be the final cost, but be prepared that it may eventually be more or less (depending mainly on where you live, and the final weight/size of the item). So, if you’re outside Europe, or bidding on other items, it might be best to contact me for a rough estimate BEFORE bidding. As standard, I use Royal Mail International Tracking – by all means check on their website (because that's what I do). If you're aware of a cheaper traceable option, do let me know, I am willing to consider it!

Rarely, I do get things wrong (I am only human!). If this happens, I will try and work out you as fairly as I can. So far, this has only ever happened twice. I have had people try to wrangle something for free, but, I am very careful, to try and avoid this – hence rechecking items at every stage of listing and sending, and sending by traceable post. Therefore, returns ONLY accepted if the fault is my own, and, when inspected on its return, remains in the condition in which I believe it was sent.

I just want to add that I am a CFS/ME sufferer, and it has delayed me replying, or getting things out a couple of times in the past. It is rare, but if it happens, I will always keep you updated. It also explains why I can't be bothered with fussing around with repeating information already given, or cancellations, etc. :o)Please remember that by bidding, you understand and agree to the terms above.
