Each disc is custom-pressed using 24-karat gold, known for it's superior reflective qualities and its resistance to oxidation. All liner notes, photos, and artwork from the original LP are faithfully recreated. And because titles are liscensed for a limited term, each Ultradisc II is a bonafide collectible.

PAYMENTS

We gladly accept PayPal, cash in person, and can process cards through our credit terminal (contact us for details.) We do not accept personal checks or similar forms of payment.

SHIPPING

International Orders: Please allow an additional 1-3 business days handling time. We ship via the quickest, most economical method - usually UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We cannot guarantee ground shipping times, however most orders arrive in 3 business days once shipped. Lost shipments require a 30-day delivery window before claims can be processed.

RETURN POLICY

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Altered or damaged items may be subject to a restocking fee. All returns must include original packaging, with all hardware and accessories. Items must be received within two weeks of the return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and any outgoing shipping cost will not be reimbursed. Damage claims must be filed within 5 business days of delivery. After this time period, we cannot accept damage claims. All refunds will be issued once the items are received at our return address. Orders returned outside of policy may be refused or subject to a re-stock fee.
