I'm not experienced at grading records, but this one looks clean and minty to me. The jacket is beautiful with sharp corners and no splits. The only flaw I can find involves a split in the plain black paper inner sleeve (NOT the jacket)- (see pic #11-12). Please see pictures to assess condition for yourself.

I am the original owner/purchaser of this item. I bought it directly from Near Mint on 2/3/2023. After receiving, it has been stored protected in a lidded tote, kept in a temperature-controlled and smoke-free environment, unexposed to any moisture or sunlight.
