The cassette itself is in very good condition. The paper labels have some slight grubbiness to them but nothing at all major. I have play tested the first 5 minutes of each side and it plays well.
The case has no cracks or major defects but does have some light scuffing/scratching to the outside.
The inlay is in very good condition with no serious issues such as tears or pen marks but with some general age related wear and light grubbiness.
Overall it is in very good condition and plays well.
