ALL of our items are researched and have items checked out for authenticity before posting to ensure quality of items purchased. We want our buyers to know what they are purchasing up front. If we find the items is not a true item or is a copy we will state it in the auction ad. All VHS and DVD are tested and checked to be original copies. We do not sell bootlegged copies.

If item is new unused it will be stated, but most of our items come from family/friends, flea markets, yard sales, estate sales, etc. and have been worn and preowned/used. The majority of our items that can be cleaned are cleaned. Due to some materials, age and frailty some items are not cleaned. Even though we do our best to ensure our buyers receive good condition items we have no way of knowing the history of the items. For this reason be aware we can NOT ensure items coming from smoke free or pet free homes. I do not have smokers around the items once I receive them, but I can not ensure items wasn't around it from previous owners.

Clothing Policy:
We at Mother and Daughter Thrift Shop want our customers to be happy with their clothing purchases. We all know that sometimes things look good in a picture or in the store. Then you get it home, try it on and it just doesn't seem right or doesn't fit. We do offer returns. If it doesn't fit or you just don't like it. Return it to us in the same condition you received it. We will refund your purchase price or exchange it once we receive the item back in the same condition. Also, cause we know we live in a hectic time with busy schedules we will give you 30 days to get it back to us.

Auction Purchase Policy:
Payment is expected within 3 days of the auctions close. Unless you contact us and make later arrangements. If payment or arrangements have not been made a non-paying bidder case will be opened.

Shipping Policy:
We will only ship to address provided at checkout. It is a eBay violation and we will NOT change the address once checkout is complete. If another shipping address is needed please do so before checkout is completed.

All of our packages come with tracking.

We do our best to have your item shipped the same day as or very next day of received payment. We do ship Saturdays when we are able. We do the pick up from the post office so if item(s) has been paid for before our packages have been picked up it will be with the pickup as well.

Return Policy:
We do accept returns. Buyer pays shipping unless otherwise stated. Items must be received back to us in the same condition it was shipped in. New items MUST be sealed in the original packaging. Tags must still be attached.
