Vinyl: OLIVIER MESSIAEN VISIONS DE L'AMEN DIAL 8 Original 1951 EXCELLENT

On auction is a rare release on the DIAL RECORDS label, Dial 8, featuring OLIVIER MESSIAEN VISIONS DE L'AMEN with an introduction by the composer. The overall 1951 release in in Excellent condition. First Piano played by Yvonne Loriad...Second Piano played by Olivier Messiaen.

Cover has no seam splits, no promo holes, no writting, no real ring wear...but age marks (see picture). There is tape on lower right side on back cover...but it isn't there to cover a seam...looks like it was used to hold down back edge of cover slick which was probably lifting. The thick cardboard is in Excellent shape and still holds the record firmly.

Condition of the Vinyl is Excellent with great gloss and shine...has some paper scuff marks that can be visible mostly under a bright light. The labels are extra clean and have no writting and hardly signs of spindle wear. Play Graded at Excellent with bold clear sounds even in the quite parts...there is some background but the level is very low to the actual music and is not loud...mostly noticable in quite parts.
