CD was purchased brand new - played only one-time, and has been very-carefully stored inside a CD Case on my professional CD rack. This item was originally issued in a generic white paper CD sleeve only, and did not include an ' Artistic ' smooth cardboard Single-Sleeve CD Case ( Flat ) like some other ( later-released ) Grateful Dead Bonus Disc CD releases.
