Combined Postage / Postage Refunds. I aim to charge my actual costs of postage and handling. However, the eBay check out has become compromised when seeking a combined invoice. These are the steps that should allow you to request it:
1 Use a computer. The eBay app will charge separate postage for each item.
2 Place items in the shopping cart, where a 'request combined invoice' button should be enabled.
3 If no Cart, check that your site preferences will allow you to request an invoice for combined purchases.
4 Do not use, or disable, PayPal express checkout.
In the event that you pay postage on each item, I will refund the excess postage (over a few dollars) less any eBay and PayPal fees charged on that excess postage (currently about 15%). These fees can no longer be effectively recovered.
