Flyer/Handbill: Animals E. Burdon Sly Stone AOR Original 1967 Bill Quarry Fillmore Era Handbill

Offered is the original, blank-backed handbill created to promote a single concert, presented by Bill quarry at the Oakland Coliseum on March 25, 1967. This memorable show featured performances by Eric Burdon and the Animals, The Association, Bola Sete Trio, Sly & the Family Stone, the Harbinger Complex and the Baytovens. This cool, psychedelic image was designed by Don Ryder, who is credited at bottom center, and the pink version is pictured in The Art of Rock, Plate 2.294 on page 220. The offered example, printed on thin blue paper, measures approx. 8 1/2" x 11" and is in beautiful, Near Mint (-) condition, with a tiny nick in the left edge and a couple of very minor bends along the top edge (see photo).
