All orders must be paid through PayPal within three (3) days of purchase. Even items marked for "Local Pick-up" must be paid through PayPal by the time of pick-up. If payment is not received after four (4) days, an unpaid item case will automatically be opened with eBay. Once the unpaid item is paid for in full, the case will promptly be closed.

Fed-Ex and UPS are our shipping providers; different shipping can be arranged at your cost.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes! If your account is set to a P.O box, please inform us of a physical address in which we may send your product.

All items ship out at least 3 business days after payment clears.

A tracking number will automatically be updated to your eBay order when item ships.

We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. However, a surcharge will be added, which you will be responsible for paying prior to shipping. Surcharge varies upon package destination and weight. Please contact prior to purchase to calculate shipping.

We cannot use your shipping account or allow you to arrange your own shipping except for large orders that would require freight shipping.

No international shipping!

Unless specificed by a buyer, we will package all the products to ensure the lowest shipping cost. Combined shipping is only applicable for same-day purchases when the items are small/light enough to be shipped through UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground/Home Delivery.

Returns are accepted within 14 days upon delivery of the product. Returns on some items may vary, please be sure to review shipping tab carefully.

Any new-in-box items opened will incur a restocking fee of 20%.

Shipping is non-refundable in most cases and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless electronics are dead upon arrival.
