Update on letter. Reading through again I see the request is for the "alligator." Is this the University of Florida student newsletter? If so I wouldn't think it would be Craig Reed requesting it. Again, as before, I am unsure who wrote this note. I am certain it was written in 1971.
This item was obtained at the estate sale of the artist. He was enrolled at the University of Florida and did the artwork for the school concerts in 1971. He went on to a productive career being involved with the design renovations for Caesar's Palace's in the 1980's. He lived for some time in San Francisco, CA before moving to Redding, CA.
This is a true vintage original item that the artist created to make the copies of flyers and posters. I believe it is called print overlay. These are the actual drawings on board. These are 1 of a kind original artist artwork. Please review pictures for condition. Please feel free to contact us with questions.

In addition to the original artist piece you will receive one of the original fliers printed in 1971. On the back of this flier is a note requesting the original artwork signed Reed. This very well could have been longtime roadie Craig Reed requesting the original artwork.
