Wow! What a hard-to-find jewel!
CONDITION:
THE TAPE ITSELF:
GREAT! The magnetic tape looks and plays great! Very pliable. Not dry, brittle, rumpled, damaged or sticky.
THE OUTER TAPE BOX: is Good. *Looks much better but has a bit of water damage ripple on the back lid. - thus the low price.
The front of the box has only a few very minor scuffs and is in REMARKABLE condition with bright colors, sharp and clean. Wow!
