RETURN POLICIES

• Vinyl music products are NON-REFUNDABLE (standard policy from record manufactures and suppliers).
• On CD products MOWC offers a 30 day return policy from checkout on UNOPENED items (other restrictions apply).
• Please contact MOWC for before returning item (unauthorized returns shall not be processed).
• Items defective upon receipt must be packaged in their retail packaging as if new and returned with a detailed description of the problem.
• To qualify for are refund, the product must be UNOPENED and returned within 30 days of checkout and returned in the original unopened packaging, in perfect condition, unused, no seals broken and with no missing parts.
• Buyer responsible for return shipping & handling fees and are not refundable.
• In the event of an exchange the delivery & handling cost will be paid for by the Buyer.
