This DVD edition contains 10 discs, each in its own custom sleeve. 9 of these discs hold a total of 128 tracks (12 hidden), all presented in ultra high resolution 24-bit/192 Khz stereo PCM state-of-the-art master quality sound, and featuring nearly 60 previously unreleased songs, versions, mixes, or rare tracks.
Also found on these 9 multimedia discs are 20 special feature videos, film clips, and film trailers, an additional 55 audio tracks of rare interviews, radio spots, and concert raps, and an array of interactive features, including image galleries of archival photos, press, lyric manuscripts, documents, biographies, tour dates, and complete lyrics, as well as an interactive timeline feature which presents an in-depth overview of Young's life and career.
Included in the durable custom display box are a lavish 236 page full-color hardbound book that features additional archival materials, tapes database, and detailed descriptions of the music and artwork, a foldout Archives poster, a custom keeper for the 10 sleeved discs, and more.
Also includes Sugar Mountain (Live At Canterbury House 1968) NYAPS 00 as a bonus to complete the set.

This set was originally described as including mp3 downloads of all of the tracks. This set was issued in 2009, and most companies expire/stop honoring their digital download codes within 1-3 years of issuing a digital download bonus of a product.
I contacted Neil Young Archives website about unredeemed codes for this set and they can no longer be honored as the servers for that redemption were discontinued years ago. They did tell me, "Neil has recently discussed the possibility of offering a hi-res download of Vol. 1, but this is something we are still working out."
Please understand that this listing is only selling the sealed box of DVDs. No buyer will be able to redeem the digital codes for this set as that part of the set is discontinued by Reprise Records and Neil Young Archive. The note from the Neil Young Archive moderator is no future guarantee or promise of redemption for digital files for this set.
CONDITION:
Brand New / SEALED
The box is in excellent condition (see all 10 pictures), but there are some minor signs of handling/shelf wear from its retail environment.
-The large and smaller product stickers affixed to the shrink-wrap have some minor signs of wear.
-The right side of the large sticker displaying the track listings has separated along the edge of the box
-2 of the non-sticker sides have small breaks/holes in the shrink-wrap (one on the upper right top of the letter 'U' in 'YOUNG', the other is at the top of the letter 'G' in 'YOUNG'.
-There are 2 holes in the shrink-wrap on the top and bottom of the box, but these appear to be intentional/an effect of the shrink-wrap process for the item.

Items ship Monday through Saturday in the late morning, therefore your order will ship within 12-36 hours of receiving your payment.
(We do not ship on Sundays, and it is possible that severe winter weather may delay a shipment. If there is a delay, I will promptly contact you.)
"How long will it take for the item to be delivered by the carrier?"
Normal United States Post Office (USPS) delivery rates apply. If you are logged into your eBay account, an approximate delivery date range should be automatically displayed.

If you order a vinyl album, it will be tightly secured and ship in an oversized box to protect the corners from damage.
If you order a compact disc it will ship in a bubble mailer and have oversized sheets of cardboard protecting the faces of the case.
If you order a large sized print/artwork, it will ship in a mailing tube that is surrounded in packaging materials and placed within a larger box to ensure it is not crushed during shipment.
"Do you combine shipping costs?"
I will always combine shipments whenever possible because it reduces both of our costs, my time, and the use of materials. If you order multiple Buy It Now items that have shipping costs, I will package your orders together, pay for the needed shipping costs, and refund the unused shipping costs before shipping your item.
