This is for the 2CD Deluxe version of Elvis Costello's King of America. It is not to be confused with the 2CD version featuring a live bonus disc of 5 tracks. This version has 21 tracks on the bonus disc, including 7 live tracks, though different to the other 2CD version. There is also a 28-page booklet featuring an extended essay penned by Elvis, lyrics to the songs and lots of pictures. This is a sought-after album by collectors and is the best version to acquire.
