• Recorded Delivery - tracking number obtained. Item will be insured up to Royal Mail guidelines. Only method used for items reaching £24.87 or more at auction.

• Special Delivery - tracking number obtained and only method used for items reaching over £49.87. If you would like Recorded or Special Delivery please let us know before you make payment so that we can send you a revised bill to take into account the additional cost.

EUROPE and REST OF WORLD SHIPPING OPTIONS:

Unless requested or an item is £24.87 or over items are posted by standard airmail within 3 days of payment being received.

• Standard Airmail - no tracking number or insurance. Should an item go missing using this method it cannot be tracked.

• International Signed/Track and Trace - tracking number obtained. Item will be insured up to Royal Mail guidelines. Only method used for items reaching £24.87 or over at auction. Extra compensation up to £500.00 available on request. If you would like International Signed/Track & Trace please let us know before you make payment so that we can send you a revised bill to take into account the additional cost.

POSTAGE OF ITEM:

The expected arrival date provided by Ebay/PayPal is not a guarantee of delivery date. From experience, approximate postal times are as follow:

EUROPE: 4-8 Working days

AMERICA: 7-14 Working Days

AUSTRALIA & REST OF WORLD: 7-28 Working Days

These times are from the date of despatch and not from the date of purchase. Working days are classed as Monday To Friday (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays).

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED (LOST IN POST): Please allow sufficient time for your item to arrive especially if it has been posted to a location outside of the UK. If you have not received an item after the expected postal period listed above then please contact your local sorting office to check that the item hasn’t been taken back to the depot and a card not left for you. If after this the item has still not been located then please contact us.

As soon as we hear from you, we will immediately contact both Royal Mail UK and your local posting or sorting office in your country of residence (office location nearest to your registered eBay address) and launch an investigation for internal fraud or theft in transit. A replacement product will later be sent to you. If the product is no longer available, then you will be refunded in full.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN POST: If the item arrives arrives to you damaged in the post then please let us know immediately. We will then ask you to return the item to us with the original packaging (you can have the option of doing this directly with us or through Ebay)

and once received we will give you a full refund PLUS the cost of returning the item to us. Please note that we only offer FULL refunds. We do not offer partial refunds due, unfortunately, to some buyers taking advantage of us in the past.

PACKAGING: If you wants items packaged a certain way please let us know before you place your bid. Cd’s are sent out in padded envelopes with extra support for any cd’s that have card or paper sleeves.
