Payment ~ An invoice will be sent at the end of every auction. Contact must be made within 3 days of winning auction - payment must be received within 10 days of end of auction. PayPal preferred. Please e-mail us if another form of payment is needed. We DO NOT accept personal checks at this time.

Shipping ~ All our items are packaged and shipped with care. We ship several times a week – you can count on your item shipping soon after your payment clears. We ship Priority Mail unless we have been contacted and another form of shipment has been approved. You will NEVER pay more than our shipping quote(s). Auctions will automatically be insured at no additional cost to you. We will gladly combine shipping for multiple auctions won - please let us know if you are bidding on multiple items so that we can plan accordingly. We are happy to ship internationally, please email us for a quote.

Returns ~ We gladly accept returns if an item is defective or was not as described in our auction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with how your purchase – please contact us immediately. All returns must be initiated within 7 days of auction close or receipt of item. We are always willing to work out a return or will get you a full cash refund (to be paid in accordance to how you made payment). Please email via EBay.

Office Hours – we are in our EBay office Monday through Friday 6:00pm to 10:00pm CST, Saturday & Sunday 8:00am to 8:00pm CST. We always try to respond to any questions/comments within 24 hours. If we haven’t responded to your question/comment with 24 hours please feel free to send us another note!

Notes ~ All of our items directly from us are from both a smoke and pet free location. Unfortunately we can not guarantee that items purchased from other vendors are from a smoke and pet free environment – although we do make sure that items are extremely clean and ready for sale. We are avid shoppers and buy our entire inventory from well known clients, department stores or distributors (Items are authentic). All sales are final unless item is not as described, distributors or clients. We reserve the right to relist any item if payment is not received within 10 days of auction end.
