All CDs/DVDs sold on their own are in good to mint condition unless stated otherwise. Guaranteed to play perfectly. Condition of CDs sold as part of a collection or job lot are in various used conditions or brand new.
Grading codes: M (Mint/New), NM (Near Mint), VG+ (Very Good Plus), VG (Very Good), G+ (Good Plus), G (Good), F (Fair), P (Poor).
Additional details (if any) are under "Condition Notes". Standard jewel cases (where supplied) are not graded as they are replaceable. Discs have been visually graded unless stated otherwise.
Please note that most new UK sourced CDs are not sealed / shrink-wrapped.

DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch all items within 2 working days of cleared payment - often same or next day.
Please allow 5 days working days (UK) or 10 days (Airmail) from date of dispatch.
Royal Mail's stated delivery aims are UK 1st class - 1 day, UK 2nd class - 3 working days, Europe - 3 to 5 working days, Rest-Of-World - 5 to 7 working days.
Customs Information: Because of customs clearance, bad weather & holidays, this may result in shipping delays. If you do not receive the package within the stated delivery time please contact us as there may be a problem. PACKAGING
CDs are posted in quality bubble-mailers to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. CDs in card sleeves, PVC wallets or paper sleeves have an added stiffener.
MULTI-BUY POSTAGE DISCOUNTS
If ordering additional CDs please ask for a combined postage price before making a payment. If requested, CDs can be posted without jewel cases at a reduced postage price.
Add all the CDs you wish to buy to your shopping basket, then 'request a total' from us. We will then send you a revised invoice with the postage discount applied.
Please note: We will not be able to refund any over-payment of the postage costs if you pay before receiving an invoice.

Despite our efforts to describe and grade every item strictly, we accept that on rare occasions it's possible that a particular item may not meet with a customer's expectations. In the unlikely event of this happening to you, all we ask is, that you return the purchased item within 30 days (in the same condition that you received it), and we'll immediately refund the full cost of the item within 48 hours or send a replacement (if available). If you have a preference then please state it in your initial message to us.
