Rare X6 LP Mono boxed set from world records SM641. DJANGO REINHARDT - "The Genius Of Django". Fantastic late 70s early 80s UK WRC mail order only 6-LP mono box set from the first hugely influential jazz figure to emerge from Europe also featuring Stephane Grappelli, The Quintet Of The Hot Club Of France & Coleman Hawkins. Each LP is individually housed in a unique laminated picture & boxed.

What makes this more interesting is the condition. Although listed as used, this is a pristine NM example throughout, indeed I would say that it is very unlikely that any of the X6 records where ever actually played as I cannot find a mark. The box itself is in remarkable condition for its age (see HDR photos)- just one tiny indent on the middle right edge, otherwise near perfect with barely any wear or discolouring.

A genuine, rarely seen on the market collectors item with very low starting bid. With over 1500 records in my private collection, I am selling some to create space. I've been collecting vinyl for over 25 years so there may well be something for everyone at some point.
