Die Veröffentlichung von ‘FINAL COUNTDOWN TO MIDNIGHT’ folgt nun der ersten Veröffentlichung von Backdraft ‘Rebooked at the International’. Es beinhaltet ein gebundenes Buch mit über 100 Seiten mit vielen raren und unveröffentlichten Fotos, alle von den originalen Negativen abgezogen. Hinzu kommen detailierte Infos zum Konzert, Augenzeugenbreichten über das Konzert, wissenswerten Fakten und vieles mehr.

Zum ersten mal überhaupt gibt es dazu ein 2 CD-Set mit der KOMPLETTEN Pittsburgh Show vom Sylvesterabend 1976/77, welche von einer neuen besseren Quelle stammt und dadurch ist sie mit einer Spielzeit von 92 Minuten endlich komplett verfügbar. Dem Zuhörer kann garantiert werden, das er die bisher beste version dieses Konzertes zu hören bekommt welche ganz nahe an eine Soundboard-Hörerfahrung heran reicht.

Die dazugehörige DVD enthält zum Teil komplett unveröffentlichtes Filmmaterial und auch bereits bekanntes Filmmaterial, welches aber in deutlich besserer Qualität als zuvor angeboten wird. Es wurde über 2 Stunden und 20 Minuten an Filmmaterial verwendet um eine beinahe komplette Show von 85 Minuten, teilweise in Multiple Screen Format, zu präsentieren. Das neue Filmmaterial wurde digital transferiert, teilweise sogar in HiDef und wird den Betrachter beeindrucken.

Dieses Pitsburgh Erlebnis-Paket war eine Mammutaufgabe, es ist aber gelungen dem Publikum ein ultimatives Erlebnis der besten Show der Welt anzubieten.
