-this is sealed and unplayed/untested.

-the item was stored in a closet at a family members home. From my observations of the area, it seems it was kept in a safe and clean location.

-this was one of two country bear records I found. The other item was already opened and in great condition so I can’t imagine this one being any different. But I cannot grade the actual vinyl due to it being sealed and unopened. When purchasing this item, you are purchasing as is and in whatever condition the actual record is in.
