Vinyl: Dick's Picks, Vol. 6 Grateful Dead 10/14/83 Hartford Civic Center #306/1500

This box set has been on my turntable many times. Some of the albums have surface noises throughout. There are some thumb marks due to too many Corona lights and light scratching. I am not going to clean the vinyl thinking whoever buys this beauty is going the professional cleaning route. By the way, the sound is gorgeous on vinyl considering this comes from a tape master recorded off the Civic Centers PA system. Weirs guitar is so clear and up front it’s mesmerizing. I am starting this at a super low opening bid because of the minor surface noises, finger smudges and overall general wear and tear. I am a very harsh judge so I may be going a little extreme in my description, but I want the buyer to really want this as a prized piece of their collection and I have heard this show many times and now is the time to pass it along.
