78 rpm: A Talking Book – Twilight And Dawn In Bird Land – 1919 Rare Antique

Up for your consideration is a wonderful rare children's record by Talking Book Corporation. Twilight and Dawn in Bird land was published in New York in 1919 and unfortunately one record is missing but the other record is there so please see the pictures for details.

The record measures at 7 inches and is attached to heavy card pages... and the spine is cloth reinforced with the book design meant to be folded over so that the spindle holes in the center line up to play the record. And the record plays with no scratches and it sounds wonderful!

The book measures approximately 8×9 1/2 inches.

Of course there is some wear and a couple of the pages have little folds at the edges, but really this book is in excellent condition for its age!
